I have an OCAS International application, but don’t have access to it.
If an agent created your application and you would like to access it, you must contact the institution to request that they send you an account access email. The email will provide instructions on creating an account to access your application or linking an existing account with your application.
For more information, see Getting access to your account.
I created an account on the Canadian Applicant site, rather than the International. What do I do now?
If you are applying to an institution that uses the OCAS International Application Service (IAS), you will be able to log into the account you created on the Canadian Applicant site.
Note: Before you start your International application, go to your browser settings, and clear the browsing data. The steps to clear the data might be different for each browser. The following example shows how to clear the data in Google Chrome.
Open the Settings page.
In the navigation, select Privacy and security; then select Clear browsing data.
Select all the checkboxes and then select Clear data.
To start an International application:
Go to the Apply Now - International Applicants page.
Select the Log In link for the institution that you’d like to attend.
Enter the email and password that you used to create your account.
How can I have an agent removed from my application?
You must contact the institution directly and request that they remove the agent from your application.
