Can I add new program choices to my application?
Yes, if you don't have the maximum number of program choices in your application, you may be able to add program choices. Contact the International Admissions department to confirm the maximum that they allow.

I’m enrolled in a Fall program. Can I apply for a program that starts next May at the same post-secondary institution?
Contact the institution to confirm that you can apply for another program and to find out how.
How do I request a deferral?

If you do not see the option to request a deferral, contact the International Department at the institution to confirm whether you can request a deferral.
When I try to download my Letter of Acceptance, I get the following error: “Download Token Already Used”.
There could be an issue with the browser that you're using. Try logging into your account with a different browser. You must use the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
If you use Google Chrome and have the Adobe Acrobat Extension installed, try turning off the extension.
