Agency Details
Indicate whether or not you are working with an agent.
If you are not working with an agent:
Select No and proceed to the next section of the page.
If you are working with an agent:
Select Yes.
Search for the name of the agency and select the correct one from the results list.
If the agency is not in the list, it might be because they are not partnered with the post-secondary institution. Check with the institution if your agency is not in the list.
To indicate that you authorize the agent to act on your behalf, select the checkbox reading “I hereby authorize my agent to act on my behalf in all matters concerning my application for admission to [name of the institution].”
Proceed to the next section of the page.
Referral Details
Some institutions waive fees for applicants who are referred to them.
If you were referred to the institution by either a student at the institution or an exchange partnership school, you can add the details here.
Exchange Partnership School
If you were referred through an exchange with a partner school, select Yes.
In the Exchange School list, select the name of the school that referred you.
Refer a Friend
If you were referred by a student at the institution through a “Refer a Friend” program, select Yes.
Enter the name of the referring student, their student ID, and email address.
Existing Student Information
If you previously attended the institution, enter the details here.
Select Yes.
Enter your student ID and email address.
Select Save + Continue.
Watch a Video
If you are working with an agent to apply to a post-secondary institution, or if you were referred to the institution, this video shows you how to add those details to your application. We have used a test account on a demonstration / test server to record the process.
