As an international applicant, you can apply to more than one post-secondary institution. For each institution that you want to apply to, you must repeat the process that you used to create the first application. When you start a new application, the information that you initially provided is automatically included.
To start a new application for a different institution:
Go to the International Applicants - Apply Now page on the Ontario Colleges website.
Select the Apply/Log In link for the institution you would like to attend.
If the institution you are applying to uses the OCAS International Application Service (IAS), enter your existing account credentials when you reach the login page. You do not need to create a new account.
After you log in, the institution’s pre-admission checklist will open. Review the information, then select Start my Application.
The details that you provided as part of your application for the first college should be displayed.
On the Personal Information page, review the information in each section, make any necessary changes, and select Save + Continue.
On the Agency and Referrals page, make any necessary changes, and select Save + Continue.
Add your program choices, then select Save + Continue. For detailed instructions, see Making Your Program Choices.
On the Education page, review the information that you previously added, make any necessary changes, and select Save + Continue.
Documents that you submitted for your first application are displayed on the Supporting Documents page. If more documents are required for this new application, you can upload them.
Select Save + Continue.
Review the application to ensure that the information is correct, then select Save + Continue.
Pay for the application, then select Submit Application. For detailed instructions, see Paying For and Submitting the Application.
The applications that you submitted to each institution are listed on your dashboard.
In the banner, select Dashboard.
Our example applicant has applications for two different institutions. The college, program details, and status of each application are displayed. Select an application from the list to review it.
