Account reset (not connect to Google
If your account is not connected to Google, ensure that you are logging into your account by going to the following web page:
https://www.ontariocolleges.ca/en/apply-now
If you forget your password, use the password reset option. You can then log in and manage your own application.

Google-connected account reset
Our records indicate that you used Google to create your account. To log in, complete the following steps:
Go to ontariocolleges.ca and click Apply Now.
Under Canadian Applicants, click Log In.
Click Continue with Google.
Enter the email address for your Google account and click Next.
Enter your Google password and click Next.
Your Profile page opens.
Note: If you forget your password, use the “forgot password” link associated with your Google account.

Application Cycle
If you’re having trouble finding a program, you might be looking at the wrong application cycle.
After you log into your account, in the navigation on the left, click Apply; then click Resume or Start for the correct application cycle.
For programs starting before August 2026, choose the 2025-2026 application.
For programs starting in August or later, choose the 2026-2027 application.
Changing Personal Information
Name / Date of Birth Change
To change the personal information on your account, send us a clear scanned copy of your legal ID that shows your name and date of birth. The file must be a PDF.
Be sure to include your Ontario Colleges Account number in the email.
Note: If you have a previous account with this information, we cannot update this account.

Credential Assessments
WES or ICAS Evaluations
We are unable to accept evaluations from applicants.
Please ask ICAS / WES to send your evaluation directly to us. You can log into your account with them and order it sent to ontariocolleges.ca. Please include your account number.
International Applicants
Applying Through Domestic Portal
The following colleges that will accept international applicants through the domestic portal:

Loyalist
Michener
Ridgetown
St. Clair
Sheridan
Before we can upload any of these documents, please confirm if you are a permanent resident or Canadian citizen? I see on your account you have identified as Other / having a study visa.
If you are not a permanent resident or Canadian citizen, you may be considered an international student and have completed the wrong application.
International Google Login
Hello,
It looks like you registered with a Google account, which has blocked you from logging in to the international application. To fix this:
Go to the login page for Canadian applicants.
Select Log In.
In the Sign In dialogue box, select Continue with Google.
Complete the account registration process and answer the security questions.
Assign a password to your account by:
Contacting OCAS for help, OR
Logging into your account as a Canadian applicant. In the banner, where it says “Welcome [Name], select My Account; then add a password.
No Access - International

General Questions
Hello,
For questions about program admission requirements, program availability, or the cost of tuition, please contact the international department at the colleges that you want to apply to. They will also advise you on how to apply.

Confirming Program Choices - College sync
To confirm that your program choices were added correctly:
In the navigation on the left, select College Sync.
Select the application cycle; then select View College.
The new program choice is listed as “Scheduled to send”. We send information to the college by the next business day.
Supporting Documents - How to Send
Note: All documents sent must be clear scans, in individual PDF files by document. The email must include the Account number or Application number.
Ask-us@ontariocolleges.ca: Our general email. Applicants can send their approved documents here.
Service@ocas.ca: Our partner email. Used for college / high school counsellors / institutions.
Any official transcripts from schools / test results should be directed here. The applicant’s name and account number must be included in the email.
Document types
Permanent Residence Card: Back and front of the card clearly scanned in a PDF document.
Driver’s Licence: Back and front of the card clearly scanned in a PDF document.
Confirmation of Permanent Residence: Signed by both IRCC and the applicant clearly scanned in PDF document. (If applicant hasn’t entered Canada yet, it is okay for neither to be signed).
Notice of Decision: Clear scan in PDF format.
Resume (CV), Letter of recommendation, Proof of work hours, CNO documentation, other program specific requirements: Clear scan in PDF document.
Proof of Registration: Screenshot / receipt showing applicant name, school name, and course code in PDF document.
Proof of Degree: Clear scan in PDF document. Only for Canadian college/university degrees.
If it is an international degree, instruct the applicant to confirm with the college admissions office if they will accept it. If yes, they must include the college request for the international proof of degree in their email to us.
IELTS/ CAED / GED / Test results: All test results must be sent to Ontario Colleges directly from the testing center. They can send to service@ocas.ca.
Duolingo Test results: Duolingo is the only test result we will accept from applicants, as Duolingo has declined to provide official copies directly to OCAS. The document should be a PDF that is downloaded from Duolingo.
Transcripts - How to Send
We cannot attach transcripts provided by the applicant as they are considered unofficial. Please see the following link for more information.
