The post-secondary institution might issue an offer on:
A program selection that was included on the application
An Alternate Offer (for a different program)
An English Proficiency (ESL/EAP) Program
Accept a Pre-Admittance
Some institutions might issue a “Pre-Admitted” letter before a standard Letter of Acceptance (Offer Letter) is provided. In your Applicant Portal, the offer status is Pre-Admitted.
You must satisfy the specified conditions in the Pre-Admit letter before you receive a standard Offer Letter. The conditions could be a deposit payment or completion of specified English Proficiency or Academic requirements.
To view the details of a Pre-Admit offer, on the Offer Details page, select View Pre-Admit Letter.
The Pre-Admit Letter looks similar to the standard Offer Letter, with one main distinction: Across the top, it states that “THIS LETTER CANNOT BE USED FOR VISA PURPOSES.”
You cannot use this letter to apply for a visa or study permit. However, you can use it to apply for financial aid (such as a bank loan).
A Pre-Admit letter can contain conditions, just like an Offer Letter. Once you have satisfied the conditions of the Pre-Admit letter, you can convert the Pre-Admit state to a standard “Offer,” and you will receive a standard Offer Letter.
To accept a Pre-Admittance offer:
On the Pre-Admitted Details page, select Accept Pre-Admittance.
A confirmation message opens; read the information provided and select Continue.
Once the institution acknowledges that the necessary conditions of the Pre-Admit have been addressed, the institution will issue a standard Offer (with an updated Letter of Acceptance).

Offers with Future Intakes
If you must complete one program before taking a second program, the institution might issue a “1 + 1 (Future Program)” offer.
This type of Offer Letter contains an offer on one program and a “consideration” for a second or future program based on successful completion of the first one.
For example, if you must complete an English Proficiency Program (EAP) as a condition of starting a full-time program, you might receive a 1 + 1 (Future Program) offer.
Upload Documents for Conditional Offers
If you received a Conditional Offer from the post-secondary institution, you might have to submit documents to prove that you’ve met the conditions.
For example, you might have to submit a resume or portfolio.
Review the conditions of the offer:
From your dashboard, open the Offer.
On the Offer Details page, note the Offer Conditions section.
Submit the required documentation:
At the top of the page, select your name.
On the applicant dashboard page, select View Profile.
On the applicant profile page, scroll down to the bottom and in the Supporting Documents section, select Change.
In the relevant section, select Add Another Document; then select the relevant file from your computer to upload.
My Offer Was Revoked
A post-secondary institution might revoke an offer for a number of reasons:
Acceptance Deadline Passed
Campus Change
Did Not Show Up
Intake Suspended
Intake Not Available
No Seats Available in the Selected Intake
Payment Not Received
Program Change
Transferred to Another Institution
Visa Delayed
Visa Rejected
Other (entered by the institution)
If your offer gets revoked, you will receive an email notification and the Offer status will change to Revoked.
No further actions are available for revoked offers.
