What is your contact information?

What are your hours of operation?

Our Call Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET. Our online chat is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. We are closed on statutory holidays.

We do offer extended hours for email and telephone services during peak application processing times, such as around the Equal Consideration Date. These hours will be posted on the Contact Us page on the Ontario Colleges website as the time approaches.

What about students with disabilities?

We strive to be AODA compliant for users with disabilities. If for any reason you are not able to access information on this website, please contact us at 519-763-4725 or toll-free at 1-888-892-2228.

What does OCAS stand for?

OCAS stands for Ontario College Application Service, which is the corporate brand for our organization used by our stakeholders (high schools, school boards and colleges). Ontario Colleges is the brand name we use for our customers - our applicants.

Do you offer career counselling?

We don't offer career counselling. To talk about your options, speak to a high school guidance counsellor, contact a career counsellor at one of the colleges, or use the career planning tools offered by Employment Ontario.
