# Viewing Deposit or Payment Receipts

Once the post-secondary institution receives the necessary payment, such as a deposit amount or tuition amount as defined in the Letter of Acceptance, the Offer state will change to “Paid.” A payment receipt is available for download in the portal in order to assist with visa/study permit application.

**Note**: The offer status must be ‘Paid’ or ‘Pre-Registered’ to view deposit receipt.

- On the Dashboard, select the Offer that you want to view.
- On the Offer Details page, select **View Payment Receipt**.
