# Uploading Visa Documents or Study Permits

When your Visa or Study Permit application is approved, you must notify the post-secondary institution.

- Log into your account.
- On the Dashboard, select the offer that you want to view.
- On the Offer Details page, select **Visa Received**.

A confirmation message is displayed, prompting you to upload a copy of your visa documents.

- Select the visa document that you want to upload.
- You might also have to add the UCI# and Study Permit expiry date.
- Select **Save + Continue**.
