# Downloading Documents from Your Account

During the application process, various documents are attached to your account, including academic documents, visa documents, and offer letters.

If required, you can easily download these documents. The following steps describe how to download your Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) and Letter of Acceptance, which are required for your study permit application.

- Log into your account.

- To download a Letter of Offer:
  - On your Dashboard, in the Applications section, select the application that has **Offered** displayed.
  - On the application, select the program that has **Offered** displayed.
  - In the Offer Details section, select **View Letter of Acceptance**. The letter opens in the browser, where you can choose to save or print it.

- To download your PAL:
  - On your Dashboard, select **View Profile**.
  - Scroll down to the Supporting Documents section.
  - Under Visa Documents, select the PAL PDF file. The document opens in the browser, where you can choose to save or print it.
