Setting Up Your Personal Views

The process of setting Personal Views is different than in “legacy” CRM.

  • To begin, select Edit filters.

The filters applied to the existing view are displayed.

  • Remove or update existing filter criteria, or select Add to add more filters

  • Select Apply.

In the following example, a new row was added for Priority = P1.

The new view has the same name, but is marked with a star, indicating that it is different than the previous view.

  • Click the down arrow beside the new view name, and select Save as new view.

  • Enter a name for the new view; then select Save.

The new view is now listed in your Views.

  • If you want it to be your default view, select the down arrow beside the view name; then select Set as default view.
