The process of setting Personal Views is different than in “legacy” CRM.
To begin, select Edit filters.
The filters applied to the existing view are displayed.
Remove or update existing filter criteria, or select Add to add more filters
Select Apply.
In the following example, a new row was added for Priority = P1.
The new view has the same name, but is marked with a star, indicating that it is different than the previous view.
Click the down arrow beside the new view name, and select Save as new view.
Enter a name for the new view; then select Save.
The new view is now listed in your Views.
If you want it to be your default view, select the down arrow beside the view name; then select Set as default view.
