This article describes how applicants can request a chat transcript to be sent to them after using our Live Chat for assistance.  The Live Chat button is located on our ontariocolleges.ca website in the footer.

During a chat session, an applicant can click on the envelope icon in the top left corner.  These screenshots are from the applicant’s point of view.
